Terms of Service

Please read and understand all contents of these terms carefully before using our services

1. User Obligations

It is prohibited to upload content strictly prohibited by the laws of Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, the United States, Japan, and Singapore, generally referring to any political, gambling, criminal, obscene, pornographic, pirated, infringing, counterfeit, fraudulent content, movie websites (including BitTorrent and magnet links), novel websites, lotteries (including instant lotteries and Mark Six), etc., including using reverse proxies to display websites.
It is prohibited to use the host to send packets internally or externally, conduct ARP attacks, ARP hijacking, scan weak passwords, run DHCP services, malicious brute force attacks, or interfere with the operation of other servers.
It is prohibited to use the host to send spam emails (SPAM), spam messages (comments, posts), or spread Trojans and viruses (including referencing malicious files from other servers). [Supported on some servers!]
It is prohibited to run software that consumes excessive CPU, bandwidth, and hard disk resources, such as traffic mining, various virtual currencies, video挂机, cluster computing, and traffic mutual brushing.
It is prohibited to upload websites or programs vulnerable to DDoS traffic attacks (private servers, pharmaceuticals, politics, cheats).
It is prohibited to install other systems or services in the system templates provided by 千宿云测试站, such as running virtual Windows on Linux systems or running soft routing (such as RouteOS) related services.
If a user insults customer service, we reserve the right to issue a refund and refuse to continue providing services.
千宿云测试站 only provides direct customer service to clients and has not authorized so-called "purchasing agents" or "third-party purchasers to purchase and transfer to other users". In case of any related problems, we shall regard it as an active (or passive) act caused by the purchaser (direct customer).

2. Resource Usage Convention

Do not occupy a large amount of bandwidth for a long time or use software that affects network performance (including: PT download, BT download, Thunder, eMule, mining, etc.).
Do not occupy a large amount of disk I/O for a long time or use software that affects server stability (including: disk DD testing, disk scanning, and antivirus software, etc.).
Do not occupy a large amount of CPU for a long time or use software that affects server performance (including: cluster computing, Bitcoin, mining, etc.).
The bandwidth of VPS is peak bandwidth (not exclusive bandwidth). Please do not occupy it fully for a long time; otherwise, it will be limited to 20%-50% of the peak bandwidth.
VPS does not accept long-term, high-traffic pure proxy connections. (including service provider nodes, multi-user proxies, reverse proxies).
Protected VPS is only for auxiliary traffic cleaning services under normal conditions. Please do not use it for improper purposes such as soliciting attacks or stress testing.

3. Refund Guarantee and Non-Refundable Terms

After purchasing a VPS host, you are entitled to unconditional refund within 24 hours. Original route refund is not supported; only refund to account balance for purchasing other cloud servers is supported. Refunds are generally not provided after 24 hours if it is not our fault.
If you choose the wrong line after purchasing a VPS host, returning it to the customer center account within 1 day will not incur handling fees or usage time deductions.
Agent pre-deposits do not support original route refunds; only refunds to account balance within 3 days are supported.
No refund will be issued in any of the following circumstances: malicious trial of VPS or violation of the relevant provisions of "1. User Obligations".
No refund: spam complaints, abuse complaints, etc., whether active or passive (hacked).
If the VPS has been reinstalled 5 times or more due to abuse when applying for a refund, an additional handling fee of 10 RMB will be deducted.
The availability of IP in the Chinese region will be checked during refund. If one or more IPs are blocked, no refund will be issued.

* To reduce customer waiting time, applications for refund or order replacement within 24 hours of purchase will be directly processed by deleting the service (no compensation will be provided for data loss caused by customer applications).

4. Disclaimer and Data Loss Handling

Service inaccessibility (usage) or data loss caused by user arrears for 3 days (72 hours), failure to renew, forgotten renewal, or active successful refund application.
Service inaccessibility (usage) or data loss caused by improper user operations or other related behaviors.
Inaccessibility or data loss caused by user website content or usage behavior violating "1. User Obligations".
Inaccessibility or data loss caused by major abnormal social events such as war, armed conflict, strike, riot, and insurrection.
Inaccessibility or data loss caused by major natural disasters such as earthquake, tsunami, typhoon, storm surge, flood, plague, storm, hail, sandstorm, volcanic eruption, landslide, avalanche, and debris flow.
If a protected VPS cannot connect due to one or more consecutive attacks exceeding the threshold, it is not a *catastrophic failure and you need to wait for the data center to unblock and restore it.
千宿云测试站 servers do not provide disk RAID or data redundancy backup. Please perform off-site backup by yourself. (Raid only improves disk reliability, not backup). In case of data loss caused by *catastrophic failure, annual customers will be compensated with 2 months of the same package usage, and monthly customers will be compensated with 1 month of the same package usage, but we will not bear the loss of customer data value.

5. No Technical Support

We do not provide technical support services at present. In principle, we do not provide any technical support other than host machine and VPS own problems, including panel installation and proxy maintenance services. Please understand.

6. Abuse Handling

Anyone who violates Item 1 of "1. User Obligations", whether active or passive, will have their VPS locked until expiration.
If a VPS continuously occupies host server resources (single-core CPU over 70%, high disk IO load) for more than 2 hours, the host server will automatically shut down your VPS. Repeated occurrences will result in automatic VPS lock, and you need to contact customer service for negotiation.
If a VPS is monitored and complained by the computer room for scanning weak passwords or ports externally, the VPS will be locked until expiration.
Running high-resource consumption software such as traffic mining, various virtual currencies, traffic mutual brushing, cluster computing, and foreign exchange will result in a shutdown warning for the first time and VPS lock until expiration for the second time.
If copyright (pirated) content is complained by the computer room or copyright organization, whether active or passive, the VPS will be locked until expiration.
If a VPS sends spam emails or messages externally and is complained by the computer room, whether active or passive, the VPS will be locked until expiration.
Proxy use is prohibited, that is, using VPS to set up VPN and other services that are borderline with mainland laws. Including personal and commercial use (proxy sales platforms, proxy nodes), the VPS will be banned until expiration.
Non-protected VPS services under large-flow DDoS attacks (attacked or active external attacks) will have their IP null-routed for 48 hours. After unblocking, 2 hours will be given for data backup, then the service will be terminated and the VPS locked until expiration.
Protected VPS services under multiple long-term DDoS attacks exceeding the threshold (20Gbps) causing network impact. After unblocking, 2 hours will be given for data backup, then the service will be terminated.
If a protected VPS customer is verified to solicit stress testing (attacks) and other improper uses on any channel, causing network impact. After unblocking, 2 hours will be given for data backup, then the service will be terminated and the VPS locked until expiration.
VPS intranet attacks, ARP hijacking, illegal occupation of others' IP, running DHCP services, whether active or passive, will result in VPS lock until expiration.

*For all cases where the VPS is locked until expiration as stated above, 1-2 hours will be given for data backup. After the time expires, the network will be disconnected and locked again, and the VPS will be automatically deleted upon expiration (no refund!)

7. False Referral Handling

Any of the following false referrals shall be deemed as purchased by the same person. If you apply to withdraw referral funds in the backend, we reserve the right to refuse payment and delete the referral account association.

Consecutive identical login IPs.
Consecutive or intermittent identical Alipay accounts (payer name).
Or other evidence proving that one or more accounts are used by one person.

8. Service Data, Traffic Analysis and Blocking

Service availability: 99%.

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We may analyze and block service data and traffic to improve user quality and prevent VPN and non-compliant service (website) usage.

10. Service Compensation Terms

If the service purchased by the user cannot be used normally due to server, computer room equipment failure or other unpredictable reasons, we will compensate for the unavailable time.

Compensation plan: The specific compensation time is subject to platform notice!

11. Amendment to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify the terms of service on this page when necessary. Once the terms are changed, the modified content will be prompted on important pages.

If you do not agree with the modified content, you may actively cancel the services you receive. If you continue to use our services, you shall be deemed to accept the changes to the terms of service.

Modifications to this site shall be deemed accepted 3 days after the change.
